Great people and great service. They treat you right and go out of their way to accommodate you. I take my motor home to them when I need service and I live near Raleigh NC. It is worth the time to take it here as I know it will be done correctly.
Saved our Bristol weekend when we lost engine power on the mountain 2 miles from their exit. Two guys worked over 4 hours to find and repair it. Wouldn't give up until we could head back out to Bristol. Made it to Bristol and back home safely. My grandson had his Bristol race weekend with Grandma and Pop Pop ! Highly recommend 5 stars! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
We had just started a 7 week trip out west when a tractor trailer parked illegally on side of the road to far hit our passenger mirror which swung up and cracked our window into a million pieces. We were sick not knowing what happened or what we were going to do. The campground told us to go to Chances and they were spot on. He helped with a few little things but talked to Tricounty glass in Galax next town over and within a few hours they replaced our window with plexiglass and put mor mirror on our outside mirror. My Class C developed a roof leak while traveling north. I actually had a waterfall running down the inside wall and water dripping around the vent fan and skylight. I found Chances Creek Rv was within a few miles and decided to stop and see if they could help me. Tim's repair man got up on the roof and found the area around the skylight needed re-caulking and checked all the other areas that might need resealing.
