I’ve been living here for several years, and the management’s lack of follow-up and care for maintenance issues is just ridiculous. I requested new blinds almost two months ago, and they told me they had ordered them — but I never heard back. No one even came to check which blinds actually needed replacement or fixing. Gavin is amazing. These apartments would burn down with out him. Amazing property manager always makes everything right and has a great attitude.
We had a great experience here! Affordable, well-maintained and everything you need is walking distance away. Also close to major transit stations.
Gavin, who is the property Manager is very helpful and always on top of things. I reach out to him very rarely but all my interactions have been very positive. Sussex realty and their staff are professionals who know what they are doing... I'm a satisfied tenant since 2015!
