I wish I could give negative star. I have been to the office several times on working days and found the office is locked all the times. I called the property manager didn't get any respond. Unprofessional management. Waste of time visiting them.
I’ve been living here for several years, and the management’s lack of follow-up and care for maintenance issues is just ridiculous. I requested new blinds almost two months ago, and they told me they had ordered them — but I never heard back. No one even came to check which blinds actually needed replacement or fixing. Gavin is amazing. These apartments would burn down with out him. Amazing property manager always makes everything right and has a great attitude.
We had a great experience here! Affordable, well-maintained and everything you need is walking distance away. Also close to major transit stations.
