Where do I start? Jason and his team are absolutely AMAZING to work with and I would recommend all engaged couples call him first to discuss everything he can help with during a wedding celebration- it will save many phone calls and time you would otherwise spend talking to other vendors. DO NOT USE THEM! They wouldnt refund a bride even though she had to cancel because of COVID! Completely out of her control! No service was provided at all! Bad way to do business!!
Beautiful and professionally staged event tonight! Awesome to see that Grads can get a deserving party after all. As a mom, I especially appreciate the safety considerations with tent set-up! Looking forward to working with you in the future.
One of my best friends is getting married and now, due to a global pandemic, is trying to figure out her plan b. Very upset to hear that she is not able to get a refund so she can try and figure out a new plan to celebrate her special day with the people she loves. Unacceptable in every way honestly. No excuse. Completely unprofessional.

In the meantime, we have already refunded her half of what was paid and let her know the remaining deposit would be 100% transferable to a new date. Taking advantage of people during a pandemic is so shameful. You should have some compassion. Not only does the couple have their wedding day taken away through no fault of their own but you keep their money after doing what for them? Nothing. So shameful

Chance Productions had already refunded the customer half of what was paid and let them know their remaining deposit would be 100% transferrable to any new event date. Unfortunately, their venue cancelled their date and they have so far been unable to decide on a new date that they liked from the options given by the venue.
