We had a very pleasant experience. Mr Merrick is very professional. He was always there for us. We had one deal that fell through. He was so encouraging to us. We went back to drawing board and this time we hit a home run. He found us a beautiful home. We absolutely love it. Chance has been an absolute gem thru all of this. Now he’s selling my townhouse. If you need a positive, professional, agent, Chance Merrick is your guy. I will never use any other agent.
