Talks more about himself and other patients, too rushed, lots of interruptions, dirty office. Was vague about diagnosis. Finally he implanted the wrong device and went to another doctor and got the correct device....fortunately I switched docs and got proper treatment. Wouldn't take my dog to Chan. He also overcharged insurance for device and wanted me to pay more.
Dr Chan is the most kind and caring Doctor I have ever known. He is encouraging and takes his time explaining what is going on and what can be done. Since he does not rush with his patients he sometime's run's behind, but he is worth the wait! He goes out of his way to help me when I have an issue, even calls me back after hours. Simply the best!
If you are lucky enough to have Dr. Chan, you found the GREATEST! He is a Gifted Surgeon, yet the most gracious, kindhearted and humble man I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I rate him a 10!!!! I met Dr Chan when I was in the emergency at mountain vista, I was there for my colon. I did not know at that time that my heart was very weak,done on my Colon, Dr Chan said he had a pacemaker and put it in the next day. If it was not for Dr Chan I at 49 years old would not have made it to 51..... Thank u Dr Chan

I just met doctor in hospital 2 days ago and He wanted to see me today. I called and was surprised I got an appt so easily. I arrived 30 min early to fill out paperwork. I watched people who arrived later go in and leave. After 2 hours I went to desk and asked where I was in list. They couldn't find my paperwork. They said I was next and have a seat. Then they proceeded to call 2-3 other people's names who had arrived an hour later than me. I left frustrated without seeing Doctor.
My husband was seen for over 15 years by many doctors, none of which were able to improve his quality of life as it related to his heart afib. Some of the treatments made it worse. Dr Chan diagnosed and treated his condition and my husband his been so much better. We trust and feel so fortunate to have Dr. Chan.
I will never leave him he is the best doctor I know. He has taken care of me and my heart very well. I thank god for him.
