I was diagnosed by another cardiologist with vasovagal syncope. I was passing out repeatedly. Dr Chan refused to do a tilt table. He told me it was because I was a woman and over anxious causing my heart rate to rise on its own. When placing a loop recorder he waited over 30 minutes after a local anesthesia. I felt the whole procedure. He placed a heart monitor near the pectoral muscle causing over a year of not being able to lift my arm and over 2 years of pain. Thank god it was removed. I cannot reach my doctor through their phone system. I just get a recording that says Hello, are you still there? I’ve tried five different numbers and get the same AI agent named Mia who says she’s transferring me, but never succeeds.

BEST Heart Doctor EVER! Cardiologist extraordinaire . I would trust my life to him! He truly cares about his patients! A GODLY man!

I’m beyond frustrated with Dr. Chan and associates. They do not respect your time what so ever. Have an 11:45am appointment? Be prepared to wait at least two hours to be seen. Want to have a laugh? They have the nerve to charge a fee if you’re 15 minutes late. Still waiting to see the doctor…

Has an appointment for 11:15am and arrived 30 minutes early as instructed. Waited until 11:45 to see when we would be seen and they said Dr Chan was over 2 hrs behind and we would have to wait. They did not acknowledge this when checking on and said this was normal for dr chan. Rescheduled because we were not able to wait until 2:00 to be seen when the original appointment was for 11:15 Patients should be alerted when checking in or told before hand.
