I was craving Chinese and I work in Windermere so I decided to make the drive to Chan Can Wok. Greeted right away. Just had a plate of Shanghi noodles for lunch and it came out fast and it was good. It was better than some lunch specials I use to get in Chinatown. Chef came out and asked how it was as well. Its a small operation, probably family run so I hope people can support it. I will be definitely going back for lunch again!
The last 2 times ive been here it seems like the quality has been slipping. My honey garlic pork Was not as good as it has been in the past. Very dry. The egg rolls were definitely lacking in the filling. I hope this is not a continuing trend.
It was ok, kinda tasted the smae for the 5 dishes we got and the size of each container was small, just enough to feed 3 little kids and two adults for 120$ Hon the driver was really nice, chicken fried rice was the kind you don’t order again but how do you know until you try something so overall 3 stars :)
Best Chinese food I've found in western Canada. Super friendly staff as well.
