Was this family doctor friendly? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Not that I have seen Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
