Never go here for a DOT physical. They will jerk you around and make you jump through lots of hoops simple because they can. Forget about them ever calling you back. This place is extremely unprofessional!!!

This place is very non-communicative. My husband is trying to get CDL drivers license and was never told procedure for obtaining medical card. We called them several times and getting a response or a call back rarely happened, only if we called several times. Ended up going elsewhere and having to do a whole new physical. I recommend you save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
Horrible services!!! I was literally on hold more than 20 minutes to reschuedle an appointment. Doctors are nice and all but the wait is incredible stupid. If you have to go Champs then with all means go but you have a choice to go another place! Run far far away from Champs. The wait is unprofessional!
