Went there to watch Ohio state Buckeys. Food was great and service was awesome.
Went yesterday before going to my movie at 7:45 smh the service was slow, The food was served cold, The waiter never said his name nor did he ever come back for drink refills. Asked to speak to a manger. The supervisor came over although she didn't seemed bothered nor sorry for the horrible meals, she tried to make a few orders of the party of 11 better but they still served cold food, not to mention a few members of the party left before eating due to the slow service. Food was great but the service sucked. I understand when they're busy but yesterday when there they weren't busy at all. I give a negative 5 for service.
Truly not impressed... had to send my wagyu burger back, won't be going back. Serve was okay ... kitchen dropped the ball badly.... sorry guys.

When you tell a guest 20-25 minute and 60 minutes later your still waiting and people are being seated before you. Just be honest with your guests!!
Had a wonderful birthday dinner for my sister and niece. I would definitely recommend to other friends and family.
The service was not very good. The salmon was burnt and the potatoes were cold.
Always have a great time at Champps....food and service are always excellent!
