Recommendedmy best bud Diesel had his first true veterinary experience. he is about 31/2 years old and is an 80lb male amstaff. The love and treatment he received was beyond me expectations. yes I was nervous! but I wouldn't take him anywhere else now. thank you! and my buddy has a vet he and I are both happy with!
We have been bringing my daughter's kitten, Corona here since April. They have done a great job with curbside service-vet always speaks to us while she's being treated to let us know what's going on or to see if we have any questions. Most recently we brought Rona in to be spayed. I was extremely impressed that someone called the next morning to see how she was doing! Highly recommend this amazing veterinary office!
With us not able to go inside. They had called me with any questions they had well our dog was inside. Which I love made me feel better since we were not able to be inside. very friendly as well

Wonderful staff and excellent veterinarians!! Everyone is amazingly helpful and pleasantly kind!! With the overwhelming amount of calls I’ve made this past month they are always sympathetic and never rude! Dr. Cuomo and Dr Fitscher take the time to explain in detail and I never feel like they are rushing me out of the office. They truly care about the well being of your pet and don’t see you as just a paycheck!!
Dr. Toni Pellerin and her staff took the very best care of my precious Labradoodle, Mia, during her final days. I cannot say enough positive things about this office. They are top notch! I highly recommend them! A different office that Mia went to since she was a puppy treated us horribly. Mia had two days of IV due to kidney failure from Lyme disease. Brought my 10 week old puppy in today for and checkup and to get her shots. The staff was super friendly, especially the receptionist! She played with and walked my puppy around the waiting room so I could get the paperwork done. Dr.Cuomo was very knowledgeable and helpful with answering all my questions and also very caring with my pup. Glad I choose to go Champlain Valley Veterinary Services!
We are now a new patient at Champlain Valley Vetinary Services (their new building is GORGEOUS!) and I have never felt SO relieved leaving a vets office.🙏🏼 They actually did a physical, took her temperature, listened to her heart & breathing, BLOODWORK - none of this was done at Plattsburgh Animal Hospital (even after I asked)! Dr. Felice Cuomo made it just in time for Stella’s bloodwork to make it out the door with FedEx so we’d have the results on Monday.
