RecommendedMy AC died last week - and I forgot to call them until about 5:15 PM on Friday. Early Monday morning Dave, their air conditioning guy, called - he could come by late afternoon to check out the problem and see if it was a quick fix. He did, and it wasn't. There are so many reasons I love this company. I won’t do business with anybody else. Really. Dave and his team take such good care of me and have more than once saved my business from disaster.
They always came through for us until the last 6 weeks. Our furnace stopped working and a man came out and said it was a simple part that would be ordered. He said he’d get it in and come back and install it in a few days. For some reason after several calls and assurances that I’d be called back in a day or two, nothing. No call backs, no part, nothing. I’ve made 3 or 4 calls now. What happened? How can you run a business like this?
Bill personally saved the day when we unexpectedly ran out of fuel on the coldest day of the year this year. He went out of his way to bring us a few gallons to last the night and scheduled a delivery first thing in the morning. I can’t recommend them highly enough, thank you!

Called CVPH through a recommendation. Made an appointment with Dave he arrived when he said he would. He Listened to what I thought the house needed. He made recomendations. Later that evening he sent a competitive estimate. We hired them to do the work. Work was complete on time Dave came by after completion to make sure I knew how to use equipment.
Great job getting our furnace to run. Thanks for coming out in the snow to help us out. The house is warming up fast:)
