Great coaching and great community. I dropped in this weekend and couldn't have felt more welcomed. It was a treat to see the breadth of Crossfit at this gym, from the fittest on earth getting his work done to this half broken arthritic duffer. I will definitely be back.
I was in Burlington for the weekend and did a drop in. Prior to arriving Jade was able to answer all the questions I had. When I arrived I was impressed by the gym space and was warmfully greeted by one of the members. Nate coached my class and was great! Definitely will be back again the next time I'm in town!
I've been a member here for 6+ years. I've trained in other boxes from coast to coast, and not one can touch the equipment and space that this box offers. But, it's so much more than that. This place is a family. A community. A whole bunch of sub-groups. We don't just train together. We ski together. Fly fish together. Hike together. Go to concerts together. Go out for dinner together.
