I have been with Jade since before CVCF existed and I have trained in 12-15 other boxes across the country. The programming is tough,so you might need to scale. The coaching staff is top shelf. They are bright, articulate and observant. CVCF is the best box that I have been to. Great community of athletes and a great culture.
