The receptionist was very sweet and helpful, explaining what to expect. But the Au.D. Kristin was the most helpful, explaining everything to me what I was a good candidate for several helpful procedures what were my options were which hospital was very good and professional. The 2 ladies I met were extremely professional in every way. I would not hesitate to return to their practice.
My first ear exam/hearing test. What an amazing experience. The front desk is nice and professional. And, Dr. Sommerfeldt is simply wonderful. She truly made this experience a delight. I have never felt so informed after leaving a doctor's office. Thank you!!!
