I recently went to Champlain Valley Audiology for a hearing test, and my experience could not have been more pleasant. Any nerves I had when I walked into the appointment were quickly put at ease. Every staff member I encountered was both very friendly and professional. Dr. Macner was thorough in her break down of my test results; explaining my results in layman’s terms that made sense to me. I would highly recommend Champlain Valley Audiology to anyone seeking this type of service.
Very dissatisfied with their braEST nd of hearing aid. $6000 AND RIGHT EAR AID NOT FUNCTIONING SENT BACK TO MANUFACTURE TWICE. WAS TOLD THAT AT LEAST ONE WAS FUNCTIONING. THAT'S NOT WHAT I PAID FOR.
