We've been working with Scott McEwen at Champions Real Estate Services to move from our much-loved home of 35 years, in Seattle, to a new home in Edmonds. We are picky and had a long list of needs and wants. Ive dealt with a lot of agents and servicing companies and ill tell these folks know what they are doing. They went through the lease with me and were upfront about all the details. Debbi was my agent and she was very responsive and easy to communicate with. will use them again.
When I first became an agent, I chose to work with a well-established, widely known, leading company that had strong institutional advertising and technical support. Naturally, my overhead was high. During my 20 years there, their share of my commissions must have amounted to almost $500,000. When I came to Champions in 2010, my overhead dropped tremendously, yet it's here that I made my biggest sale ever--$4.5 million! Pat Lord, the Designated Broker, gives wonderful direction, guidance and support. It's great to work here.
This is a great place to be a broker. Not expensive and the Managing and Designated Brokers are very helpful and answer all questions when we run into issues. The office meetings and happy hours are also great. A great big thank you to Pat Lord for her leadership.
