We are new customers. We had our first treatment and were told there was a guarantee to return if rain or we saw critters. We had rain and saw critters. The tech returned and would not spray the entire house because my husband said he only saw spiders in two rooms. While the technician was in my house for the return visit, I called the head office that was over 15 minutes late from lunch and returning calls.
