I love this place. Just started on Monday and I can say this is something I can stick too. My time goes by so fast and I enjoy it. The instructors really give u a nice workout. Pricing is not bad at all and u can't go wrong with Free gloves and wraps your choice in color. Love it. Love it. Love it. Did I mention everyone is so freaking helpful and friendly? U will feel at home here.
Great fitness good school for children and adults great instructor and I always leave feeling good after my workout. Come and try it out you won't be disappointed
First time trying kickboxing and I absolutely love it! I've been staying active by going to a gym regularly for 4 years now, but I've never taken any fitness classes. My friend and I decided to shake things up a bit. We took advantage of their Groupon deal. 10 classes for $25. Can't go wrong! Their studio is nicely kept and super clean.
