I have lived in the these apartments for a little over 6 years!!!! I love the Staff and appreciate all they do for those of us living here!!!!
The property manager Cara is the worst property manager I have had to deal with by far. She's rude ,inconsiderate and at times can be down right a heathen. I lived there for 2 years from 2013 to 2015 and in that time my AC broke 3 times and all 3 times I had to fight tooth and nail to get Cara to come fix it. If this is the only place you can afford be sure to point out every little thing when you first walk the apartment. Even if Cara says they won't charge you for it in the end... she's lying. WORST PROPERTY MANAGER EVER!
I have been a resident at the Villa Apartments for a few years. Sarah Ray has always been the most professional and efficient manager. As well as the assistant manager and both maintenance men. They are always polite and take care of any small things that the apartment needs. . Such as light bulbs, filters or getting my floors redone due to my children's allergies. I feel completely blessed to live here and its nice to have a place were u feel so welcome!!!
I have lived in here for almost 2 years.. It is my first ever apartment to live in.. They make you feel at home and are always super curtious and responsive to the maintenance needs. We have events for the entire complex and they are always enjoyable..
