This is our second year here and we love that it’s affordable and decent living. It’s nice being in San Marcos without all the college students. Family environment. Office staff are always very nice. Great place for the $.

https://www.facebook.com/1011235682/posts/10216758864256566… Management sucks. Maintenance sucks. They don’t bother fixing the mold issue. They just dry it and paint over it.

The property manager Cara is the worst property manager I have had to deal with by far. She's rude ,inconsiderate and at times can be down right a heathen. I lived there for 2 years from 2013 to 2015 and in that time my AC broke 3 times and all 3 times I had to fight tooth and nail to get Cara to come fix it. If this is the only place you can afford be sure to point out every little thing when you first walk the apartment. Even if Cara says they won't charge you for it in the end... she's lying. WORST PROPERTY MANAGER EVER!

I hate it here . The managers are very rude and there are people in the gym working out naked with people in there . Do not recommend living here

My husband and I have lived here for nearly 3 years...will probably be renewing for the 4th year. Living here has ups and downs. Maintenance has definitely gotten better than it was before. They have been able to come fix most issues within a day or two (sometimes same day) ...which is pretty good considering how it use to be. Rent here is affordable and the property itself has gotten better in the last year in terms of other residents. I would say, resident-wise, just be aware that there are a lot of families-\-\so lots of ... read more
