I have lived in this complex since Dec 2021...I have had ongoing issue with Roaches, the tile in shower is painted and underneath is Mold. Toilets lids are barely on. Dog feces is everywhere and multiple areas of standing water on property. The pool is often green and the grills have never once worked.
