Verified Renter I love it here! The staff are so friendly, both the front office and maintenance staff. Theres a year round heated pool (it feels like bath water almost!). Garages are attached to units on the bottom floors (amazing!). I honestly cant find many, if any, negative things to say about this place. I just love it!
Horrible, don't bother STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS RUDE PLACE AS POSSIBLE, the women who work there are rude and don't help with anything. They owe me money and I keep getting every excuse in the book of why I have yet to receive it, and nobody at the corporate will call me back. This is the biggest scam apartment in colorado springs. I'll be hiring a lawyer now to get my money back.
Champions at Norwood I have lived in this apartment for 2 1/2 years now. The folks in the office have always been helpful and polite. When needed, the maintenance team always responded to issues quickly. I would highly recommend these apartments.
