Most over priced apartment ive ever lived in. Shotty maintenance staff and unprofessional management.
Horrible, don't bother STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS RUDE PLACE AS POSSIBLE, the women who work there are rude and don't help with anything. They owe me money and I keep getting every excuse in the book of why I have yet to receive it, and nobody at the corporate will call me back. This is the biggest scam apartment in colorado springs. I'll be hiring a lawyer now to get my money back.
This apartment complex does not have a safe mailbox location or secure mailbox locks. I have resided there for seventeen months and witnessed multiple instances of stolen mail with little to no resolution on the part of the apartment complex. Last November, the outgoing mail and big mailboxes for packages were tampered with and have never been repaired. The mailbox provided to my apartment had a loose lock. Champions at Norwood I have lived in this apartment for 2 1/2 years now. The folks in the office have always been helpful and polite. When needed, the maintenance team always responded to issues quickly. I would highly recommend these apartments.
Love calling this our home We have resided at Champions for a little over a year and a half now. We have a stunning view of the creek and the mountains. Our apartment is very quiet. No issues with surrounding neighbors noise traveling of any such. Maintenance is great! Work orders get completed within a couple days. Beautiful Views We have resided at Champions for a little over a year now. We have a stunning view of the creek and the mountains. Our apartment is very quiet. No issues with surrounding neighbors noise traveling of any such. Only thing that I don't like is paying $60 a month for pet rent. Everywhere has pet rent, but this definitely adds up.
