Love calling this our home We have resided at Champions for a little over a year and a half now. We have a stunning view of the creek and the mountains. Our apartment is very quiet. No issues with surrounding neighbors noise traveling of any such. Maintenance is great! Work orders get completed within a couple days. We have a garage which we are very thankful for because if you don't, you have to park in Narnia. Plus the garage is giant!! We can fit both of our vehicles in it (a Subaru and a Beetle). Beautiful Views We have resided at Champions for a little over a year now. We have a stunning view of the creek and the mountains. Our apartment is very quiet. No issues with surrounding neighbors noise traveling of any such. Only thing that I don't like is paying $60 a month for pet rent. Everywhere has pet rent, but this definitely adds up.
