I can’t recommend ChampionFit HQ enough!! The Fitness classes are *always* new, exciting and very functional for athletes The Jiu-Jitsu classes are led by Maggie & Luccas Lira, black belt couple who are BOTH adult World Champions Most importantly of all, the culture is amazing. The coaches genuinely care about investing in each student, creating a positive environment for ladies to train, and always pushing themselves to grow with the students! - BJJ Black Belt - 3x Pan-Ams Medalist

The best gym, workout, coaches and community in Miami. There really isn’t another place like it. The workouts are made by a world champion athlete, Maggie, who gets what the body needs to thrive no matter who you are or what you do outside of the gym. This community is like family’s welcoming and supportive from the get go. You will want to come back for the workout but also for the people and the incredible energy. Please come try a workout- free week is offered for newbies.

Great workout, Great people, I am seeing results. Clean gym. I drive over 20 min to get here and cancelled my gym membership bc this is more effective and efficient.
