Offering a deal for $25 for life, Paying customer here, currently active service subscription, called customer service and asked if account could be active for $25 for life, was offered one free month ($40 dollar value vs $180 savings per year) and was told "no" we offered you "something" and basically told to go pound rocks. Total BS that current loyal customers are not able to use this offer. I cancelled the service due to lack of return loyalty and rude customer service. After using the wash, I found damage to my driver’s side window trim and noticed my mirror had been pushed inward. Despite this, my claim was denied based on camera images that do not clearly show any pre-existing issue. With repair estimates between $905 and $1,200, I expected a more thoughtful and fair response. Instead, the situation was brushed aside.
