My wife washed her car this morning, and said the woman on duty, did a great job, and worked with a smile! Great job!
I got a membership while I was traveling to Des Moines weekly for school. Now that I am back in Ottumwa full-time I am canceling my membership due to this location services. The employees are amazing, but the actual car wash itself is the issue. Rarely is there any soap and it is entirely too fast.
Paid xtra to have wheels washed and did not see anything xtra done to wheels. It cost 8 dollars for the upgrade and nothing xtra done to wheels washed also said hand dried and only thing hand dried was windows. Don’t tell me one thing and not fulfill what you say!!!!
