Horrible customer service! [************] Unable to accomodate, unwilling to assist. Never got my information, person came over to make repairs never got in touch prior to arrival. Waited 4 hours for a call. person ended up leaving w/o making repairs, Tried call the company all morning to find out what's going on. No response. No Assistance. Zero! Not mentioning anything about the quality of the windows and handles. Not worth the money. not worth your time.
