I have attempted to file several home warranty requests with Champion Windows, but I have yet to receive any acknowledgement or resolution regarding my issue. It is disappointing that their team has not responded to my voicemails or written requests for such a simple matter. This is my final and last solution, as hopefully, they will respond to my request now.

Champion Windows located in *********, ** (*************************) should be fined for all of their illegal scam-like business practices! I spent a ton of money for an All-Seasons Room in a roughly 200 sq. ft. space and they tried installing the cheaper 3-Seasons Room (likely hoping we would not catch it). Miserable 369-Day Experience We ordered a storm door (front) & sliding glass door (back) through ***** of Champion Windows. He was charming; just the kind of person you want representing your company on Day One. Champion windows sale rep came to my home Sept XX XXXX to give me estimated price to screen in my patio, sales rep Steve quoted a price 7,615 for six months. Champion did not start working on my patio until late Feb 2021. Champion finished the patio March 1, 2021. I gave Champion a check for $7,615 on March 1, 2020 paid the balance off. The time frame given was false. Champion got paid twice !! GreenSky paid them for this job also. I brought a sunroom 4 years ago, Never got what i paid for . Anyway my complaint is that the sliding patio or lock do not work, never worked correctly since i had this door, they did send some out , but never fixed completely, last tech said need new lock or a different klnd of lock, anyway that was 6 months ago, , i call corporate , no one calls me back, no one contacts me when call customer service they tell to putt a shimmy in the door so can come in, i didnt spend # 30,000, to put a shimmy in my door . never will i do bu... read more

the wood frame around our windows were damaged when they were gouged with a saw. our screen door had to be returned because it was backwards. we were told that to compensate us for the damage we would be getting a $500 discount. We heard nothing for a while. then we received a phone call telling us that since we financed the windows were were not entitled to the $500. Great job. Love our new room. Quality work. Always on time. Never interupted our daily activities. Polite, curtious, on time, and David kept us informed and answered our questions promptly. High recommendation!

Got my whole house done with " Champion " 13/15 windows didn't close right because not put in right. ( leveling wrong ). But they did come out and adjust them later. Handles keep braking because of it and cold air gets in. Over $18,000.00 I should have known better. Should have gone to " Walmart ". This business is not BBB accredited so that should have told me something up front ! I hope if you're getting new windows you look around first. The salesman quit the day after he sold me my windows, LOL...
