Honest company with good service. Just tried them out for the first time and impressed.
We bought a home from a builder who chose not to inform us of the low production of our well. Cribley, being the drillers of our well have gone, in my opinion above and beyond in doing everything they can to rectify the issue. Tim and his crew have been out working past 8 pm to make sure we were good to go and even went as far as texting me the next day to check on the well's performance. Had Cribley out today to look into our well pressure. They found the problem quickly and repaired it. Turns out when the previous well company replaced our pump inferior products were used. Ben and Scott replaced the necessary parts with higher qualityparts. Saves us from replacing the pump at a higher cost.
Called their number late in the evening with a well/pump emergency and left a message. Tim called me back to address my concern. They showed up, fixed the problem at the well casing and found another issue in my basement during final inspection that could have cost me a flooded basement. They repaired it and all is good!! A little on the higher side $$$$ wise, but you get what you pay for! And they exceeded my expectations! Keep up the great work guys, thanks again Tim, Tod and Jack!
I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to Dan and Karl for fixing our water issue from a leaking well. They came out in extremely cold weather and fixed our issue promptly and professionally. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Cribley did an outstanding job replacing our well pump that was on it's last leg and giving us water pressure issues. Scott & Ben were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Great service!
