Staff is friendly, but the apartment is in very poor condition. There is a serious roach infestation, and it seems like the roaches have been there for a long time because everything is damaged. All the appliances are destroyed or not working properly. I have bought everything possible to get rid of the roaches, but nothing works. I have never seen roaches like this in my life.
