The name is Champion tire, but they replaced my two tires with fifth place loser tires. Secondly they charge a lot but order cheap junkyard parts, that don’t work. The manager intially charged me an exorbitant fee if $900 then it went up to 1100 simply because the crappy junkyard THEY chose to order was no good. Because I complained about that to him he had the nerve to tell me, “Because you don’t have the money” Brruhh I was already paying $900!!! Good customer service. Overall, great experience. Although, I never smelled this level of exhaust/gas smell since having my car (I believe it was the oil change though). Clean waiting area, friendly guys at customer support, not a bad experience at all. I recommend their services.

First time was ok. I bought my tires direct from Goodyear & it included the mounting and balancing. However, I couldn't get a front wheel alignment on my truck because their machine was down. Second time I went was because something was wrong at the rear end of my truck. Turns out my daughter, who helped me do some maintenance, didn't properly impact the lugs & I failed to check her work. So, broke a rim. They charged me almost $200 to replace a broken stud, throw away my lug nuts so they can charge me for a full set of lugs... read more
