My house incurred roof and gutter damage as a result of a freak spring hailstorm. I obtained bids from several roofing companies. Although Champion Roofing was not the lowest bidder, there wasn't a major price difference, and I felt a certain degree of comfort in dealing directly with top management rather than with a salesperson who might close the sale and then not have any involvement or interest in the repair work afterward. Champion replaced the roof and gutters of my garage following a bad rainstorm in spring 2020, which knocked down a tree on the garage. The crew did a terrific job on replacing to roof and installing new gutters as well. I would never use or recommend Champion Roofing to anyone. I contracted with Champion Roofing on 12/29/2020 to repair roof damage from a storm. I understood the repairs could not begin until the weather was a bit nicer. Having text messages from **** K it had to be over 45 degrees and dry weather. We had a very mild winter, and numerous warm days in February/March. In attempts to get the job started there was either no response, a delayed response, or continued weather excuses. As the owner of the company I am a little bothered by the way this customer was handled and we did drop the ball however once he became very abusive and started to be rate my secretaries and salesman I decided that it was in the best interest to refund his money and let him take his business somewhere else.
