We had a very positive experience with Isaac. He answered our questions and wasn't a high-pressure type sales person. He demonstrated the various glass on the market and was patient with us while we figured out what we wanted to do. Update 8/2025 - we discovered that they didn't finish painting the strips they added on each side of an exterior window. Went through their process and the tech who came out said they didn't do painting. When he told the manager, it was decided it didn't fall under their warranty. Probably true -... read more
