It took forever. Customer service sucked would not return calls. They came to install and had wrong window. They came back again this time had the wrong screen. We are still waiting for our front window screen. It’s been 6 months!
Tyler was fantastic. Listened to what I was needing and gave me a great deal.
Very professional and made us feel at ease while making a big purchase. Would recommend Drew from champion to all my friends and family when making updates to their home!
Windows are amazing. They are very high pressure sales tactics. In my opinion not worth the $20,000 more than the competitors. We had a $52,000 estimate for (10) windows. Again, love the product. Just not worth the price.
BEGINNING THE JOURNEY. Two new entry doors picked out and ready to get final measures. To start, Drew is awesome in showing product and selling hometown advantage. I will keep you posted on completing the order process and into installation stages. So far great attention to details and got competitive with others pricing when it came time to write it up.
