Nick was very professional and kept working areas neat and clean. He also taken care of walking areas clean as much as possible. Great jab Nick.
Very pleasant experience from my initial call with a rep who gave me a ballpark estimate of costs to the fast installation by the crew. Everyone was friendly and professional. The price was at least $300 lower than the next lowest bid and $1,500 lower than the highest bid.
Matt fixed my hot water heater. Fast, friendly, and he looked at some other issues while he was here. Unlike many of the other places I called, they didn?t try to sell me a new unit. I?ll be using them in the future.
Good and fast service, it wasnt cheap though.
Adam did a great job installing my water heater. Two individuals that answered my initial calls were very informative and helpful.
They were responsive to my inquiries, they made an appointment within the week and they were able to replace both of my water heaters during the appointment. The only minor critiques are that they didnâ t offer me any water heater equipment options, so Iâ m sure I have very basic models, and they called to determine if I could move my appointment up. When I called back within 5 minutes of receiving the message, nobody answered and their voicemail box was full.

Had the hot water heater go out on Sunday, called Champion on Monday morning at 10:30 and the new water heater was installed by 3:30! Awesome order taker answered all my questions and installer was very professional and explained everything as he was working!
Corey came out quickly to replace my leaky, old water heater. He was fast, professional, and explained things clearly. When he was done, I looked in my utility closet, and it was like no one had been working in there. It was like my new water heater had just appeared--like magic. I could not be more pleased with the unusually great service. Thank you Corey and Champion Plumbing.
