Went to pickup a brand new vehicle up with a factory defect TWICE and still not fixed. Champion Dodge of Decatur has hands down the worse service department I have ever seen. Absolutely awful, I do not recommend them to anybody. Still do not have my BRAND NEW truck by the way.
RecommendedMy experience with Tim Thomas and Kevin Allison was great. The paperwork for buying a car is usually grueling but he made it enjoyable and quick!! Fastest I’ve seen the paperwork process go!! Very knowledgeable about the vehicles and didn’t mind pointing out the cons in them as well as the pros. 10/10 would recommend!!
Have a understanding of customers complaints with out unnecessary negative feed back .

I’ve had my truck for three years now and I absolutely love it!! Wouldn’t mind trading it in for a 392 though ???🧐
General Mananger (or Top dog as he calls himself) is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was trying to help my parents use a employee friends and family discount and he acted like he didn’t know how they worked and couldn’t get it to go through. Slimy!
Sales person was great, general manager was very unprofessional. Slamming doors in front of customers and raising his voice to the sales staff. Will buy from the sales person again as long as the general manager is not around.
HOLY MOLY! Casey Holden was our salesman & you talk about going ABOVE & BEYOND for his customers! He was going to make sure he got us the best deal possible! He's by far the best salesman in north Alabama! Thank you thank you Casey for everything!! We are so happy with our new Dodge Journey ❤️
