Two of my mortgage loans have been transferred to Nationstar and it has been a nightmare ever since; infact it is 2am and I am writing this complaint because I cannot sleep because they have me so upset. It has been 6mos that I have been fighting with them regarding late payments and money due on both accounts. Ever since I ran into financial trouble it feels like nationstar has preyed on me rather than wanting to help me. I am trying modification for the third time because the first time the paperwork was lost because the guy moved to a different department. The second time I was approved but my payment went UP by \$300. I feel they have articulately used the art of deception and bad business practice. Ive had it with them. I hired a mortgage guy to try and sort this out but they have caused me nothing but STRESS! And not just me.... read more

I tried to refinance throuht this company, I live from paycheck to paycheck and was told I was approved. I payed \$350.00 for a appraisal, which I could not make a house payment due to that charge. I was told everthing was ready and that we would sign all the paper work on Wed. On the last day of everything I was told they could not do the loan because of something they could not read. This whole insident has cost me \$4000.00 and maybe my home. I think it is very sorry to build up the customers expectation, and then back ou... read more
