i,m an Appraiser in Oklahoma they will not use Licensed Appraisers it tells me that they are crooks Do not use this company they only use appraisers with capability to appraise Million Dollar Homes this is a sign there overstretching requirements to compensate for what must be financial or Underwriting issues Think about it How many Million dollar homes you think there are in OKLAHOMA propably under 250 out of a population of 3 Million ++ Stupid Company wentto a class sponsered by the FBI due to all the fraud out there there... read more
