Paid $150 to apply for both my wife and I, filled out 3 pet applications for our ESAs. They called my references and the day after we went to check on the place we wanted to rent and it was rented the day they were checking my references and they had no intention of informing us. This is one of the most trusted, established, honest, & polite companies in Shelby! I am not going to go into details about my situation but I had been to several places trying to get a apartment as well as a home and had been denied at all of them! Wasted a lot of money on application fees and all! The office does not open until 11 am, which is inconvenient. It takes them a while to come out to your house to perform repairs. The last review was completed in 2008 and there have been many changes since then. It is not easy getting in touch with someone in the office.
The people here are friendly and go out of there way to make you feel welcomed and will get someone out to you as fast as possible to address your needs as a renter. The properties here are nice and clean and in great areas. They are also now helping people buy houses in the office. They have a loan officer in the office from American Advantage Mortgage Company.
