Steve is a good landlord. He will work with you when you have complaints, although he didn't solve all my complaints while I stayed there.
I purchased a Champion built home from Titan manufacturing. I have never had such a terrible experience. The issue is more Titan homes than Champion. However both are unresponsive to pleadings to correct mistakes made by each of them. After almost 3 months I have recieved only some of the warranty work to correct issues. This came after I was repeatedly hung up on, and ignored. I would suggest to compare what the salesman says your going to get verses the headache you may actually receive.
