I tried to schedule a service appointment online but it didn't work. I used the chat and Angela R. took the information and added to their system. I received a phone call from Sean and he had most of my information incorrect from Angela R. I dropped my car with the keys and a note regarding the color of my car and where it was parked on the night before my 7:45am appointment. absolutely the worse experience I have ever had at a dealership. My wife and I were waiting for Suttle service when the shuttle driver yell "El Paso" in reference to my wife's lastname Ortega. When we complained I was told " How are you offended?? Your Black!" As if I should just let it go. They then proceeded to tell us they will call the police if didnt leave. The GENERAL MANAGER IS PURE RACIST. I LIVE 2 LIGHTS AWAY I WOULD NEVER GO AGAIN. Absolutely terrible.

I went in for an oil change. The assistant service manager Tom Kaiser assisted me, and he said that the oil change would come with the multipoint inspection plus tire rotation. Now, my front right wheel had a dent before the service was performed. I went home to find that the wheel with the dent in it was still in the front right. They did not rotate my tires. They lied about it. I called Tom back, asking if the tires were rotated. He said yes. I told him the tire with the dent is still in the same spot. He snapped back sayi... read more
