Just want to share my experience today at Champion Ford. My truck was missing and needed new plugs. So dropped off for plugs changed. They changed them last time and evidently stripped them that time 🤷♀️Get a call letting me know plugs are changed but tech broke a bolt on manifold when putting back together. Said it would cost ALOT for me to have fixed since truck 2005 and 220000 miles on it. I said u broke it shouldn’t u be responsible to fix it. Said nope. Brock was very helpful with my purchase of CX-50. Although I’ve only had it for a week I and pleased with the safety features and options it provides.
