Had done a bunch of business here since moving to Chattanooga two years ago. I brought in a bunch of hangers today to recycle and the manager scolded me for not having them stacked nicely. I told him he was rude and could have said it in a more friendly way. Then he gave me snarky attitude. So I left and took my hangers and my business with me.
It's bad when the only good review came from a employee you need to read their other website reviews before taking your clothes here bad business because it is ran by bad people
They lost my special (and expensive dress). It took me 2 weeks to get in touch with the owner. When she FINALLY called me back, she was very unprofessional and unapologetic, excusing her tardiness on health issues and saying, "If you think we are going to give you money for that dress you are out of your mind!".
