My Chrysler 300C has been in their Lansing, Mi service center for a total of 10 weeks now. After paying $2400.00 and returning twice with the same problem, the service manager Jeff is not showing any priority to my vehicle. Joe is helpful but my issues are out of his hands. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. The service from Loren,Josh,Phillip and Kristie was impeccable. They never made me feel like I didn't belong there. I will refer everyone I know to them.
