Absolutely terrible dealership worst customer care I have ever experienced.
This is by far the worst dealership you could ever purchase from. Their salesman are trash and liars. They want just want your money and will lie about the condition of the vehicle just to make a sale. I bought a 2015 Dodge Dart back in late March of this year. Less than 2 months later, white smoke is coming from the exhaust, tire pressure gauge was broken, cover shield of the engine was missing, and the bottom shield to protect engine from debris had fallen off. I JUST TOOK MY 2020 JEEP WRANGLER RUBICON TO CHAMPION FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM. I HAVE BUBBLING UNDER THE PAINT IN MY DRIVERS DOOR. THE SERVICE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT SENSE I DIDNT BUY THE JEEP FROM THEM THEY WOULD NOT DO ANY WARRANTY WORK ON THE JEEP. I AM STILL COVERED UNDER THE MANUFACTURER WARRNTY FOR ANOTHER YEAR KEEP IN MIND. WHY WOULD A JEEP DEALER TURN AWAY A JEEP WARRANTY CLAIM?

To whom in may concern, In regards to review #80728. I spoke with the customer on his visit to the dealership. Customer presented a used vehicle he recently purchased from another facility. Vehicle did display corrosion issues on a couple of the door panels. I did inspect these and verified it was a warrantable item and confirmed that he still had remaining warranty on the vehicle for this concern. Purchase the Jeep from them in March only to find out in June that the air conditioner didn't work. When I took it back to them they said well. You should have brought it into the showroom and tried out the air conditioner to make sure it worked. They wouldn't fix it. Bought the insurance plan. Insurance plan doesn't cover that. You still have to pay $500 for us to tell us why the air conditioner doesn't work. Needless to say, my air conditioner still doesn't work. Just took it in to get an oil change. Made an appointment 3 ... read more

This place is an absolute joke. They sold me a car at the end of July 2021, at the end of dec beginning of 2022 my car broke down so i took it back to the dealership to get fixed. They told me it soule take about a week to get fixed because my transfer case broke so my car will no longer move till it is fixed. I was only approved for a 3-day car rental through by warranty and then after that it would have to come out of my pocket. Inquired about a Jeep that was priced $68,207 online and when I got a response back the Jeep had all of a sudden took a price jump to $85,765. I replied back with a picture of the Jeep and price from their website. The sales manager then accused me of arguing when I clearly wasn't arguing. Since our email exchange the Jeep was removed from their website and a while later it was put back on their website with the $85,765 price but with the price crossed out. The vehicle was added with an overnight, automated feed and the price was incorrect. We then went in and put the accurate price on the vehicle and re published it. We have every right to price our cars according to market conditions.
They sold me a pile of garbage, plain and simple. The picture shows what they said was wrong with it. They left out that it didn't have heat, had a blown head gasket, and had internal engine damage from said gasket. It was smart of Jake the salesman to drive the truck around the lot first. It allowed that thick as sludge they poured into the engine to quiet it down as I test drove it. Next morning, it was knocking like crazy on a cold start. I would never purchase a car at this dealership. They are liars and swindlers! They sold me a used car that is potentially dangerous for me to drive. Supposedly I have warranty but it's going to cost over 300$ to just look at it. When I called the manager, I was told he would look into it and get back with me.. I heard nothing back. Beware typical fast talking, pushy sale people that just lie to you
