1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Star : Repair Quality Had my car for over a month. Didn’t even match the correct silver with my car to my bumper in my Volkswagen silver on the whole car. Also when they were to inspect my car for full repairs they didn’t. I left the lot with my left tire still ticking like it did after the accident. They only did cosmetic damage besides the obvious. Poor. I’d rather took my car to my guy, but Esurance wouldn’t back up their work 3 Star : Customer Service
