However, I did not like the fact of me having to call first about the vehicle I dropped off (to get a status and review what needs repair). Also, I would have liked to be more informed about what's being replaced and a timeline for repairs. I did not need an exact date, but I was renting a vehicle at the time and needed an approximation.
