Do NOT do buisness with them. The floor sales people dont talk to their service department. They ordered a windshield for my and when I drove 200 miles to have it replaced. They told me they dont actually install them. Had a tire leak and they couldnt find the leak after 2 visits, my 10 year old and husband took the tire off and found the leak in less than 5 mins with dish soap. Called about a pre owned vehicle they have for sale. I received a call back asking me where I was from and after replying, the girl said we can't sell to you we only sell to Michigan residents only. Not sure how a dealership stays in business like this. Never in 30 some years have I ever seen or heard of a car dealer turning down business. So unless u live in Michigan Steer clear of Champion Chevrolet
Our experience here has been a nightmare. Check engine light came on a few days after we got the car home. No one at the dealer seems to care. How they have 4 stars is beyond me. Wouldn’t be surprised if they were making fake reviews to inflate their image. Calling in? Expect to keep getting transferred while everyone plays dumb. This is the first purchase from a dealership, in a while. And probably 20+ years since I’d purchased at Champion Chevrolet in Howell. I was happy to see that their priority is still customer service. From the moment I stepped in to sign paperwork, to getting an actual plate (not paper) for the vehicle, I was treated like an old friend. Great team of people. I’ll definitely be back.
I had a terrible experience with this dealership. They sold me a car claiming it had received maintenance and an alignment, but the vehicle was unstable and kept pulling to the side. When I mentioned the problem, they told me to pay for the alignment myself and that they would reimburse me later, which is very unprofessional.
