When you purchase a used vehicle they add 1495 to the purchase price for an inspection fee and add 299 for theft guard. I was never told about these charges until we were sitting with financing. There was zero negotiation with these charges. This adds 1800 to the financing. Remember that. After all of this, I realized that I was NOT given the 500 off the purchase price that I was told I would be given. Not impressed. Don't fall for the free warranty. You pay 1800 for it.

It was a nice looking dealer. I found a truck I was wanting to buy and got a purchase agreement for it. As I looked at it harder I had a Title Company charge that was $2200 because I was buying out of state. After talking to multiple other dealers I learned that is was extremely high compared to their 30ish that they were charging. I would not recommend buying here unless you like getting overcharged.
Do NOT do buisness with them. The floor sales people dont talk to their service department. They ordered a windshield for my and when I drove 2 miles to have it replaced. They told me they dont actually install them. Had a tire leak and they couldnt find the leak after 2 visits, my 10 year old and husband took the tire off and found the leak in less than 5 mins with disposal. My wife bought a car there and the car has been fine but the dealership itself is a whole other story. Happy to sell u a ride and make lots of promises but never follow through. Car was bought needing a windshield, made an appointment to get said windshield replaced. Showed up for appointment only to have service manager say we dont do windshields here. Asked our sales guy why he would call and say the windshield came in so come down. No good answer. Sales does not talk to service dept. Same time had them look at a tire that... read more
