Kristen, hands down, is as good as they come. She made the entire process enjoyable, easy, and exciting. The detail department could’ve spent a little more time on the interior, and I would’ve liked to have had a fresh oil change and full tank upon leaving the lot. However, those menial issues don’t deter from how happy I was with the customer service from Kristen and Lynn.
I bought a truck from them. huge doc fees. $599 ouch... wouldn't fix safety issues with the truck. seat belt and emergency brake and I have a young daughter that rides with me on a regular basis. also I drive it off the lot the next day check engine light comes on costing me a huge $250 repair......I would never recommend this dealership.
Kristen Martin, David Palmer, and the owner Tim Copenhaver were awesome to work with! This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and we are happy with the professionalism and courtesy they provided. We would highly recommend them!
